Our first title!
Porter is now known as Raconteur Porteur Du Jaune NA!
I hope it doesn't go to his head. Or mine.

Who would have thought we'd ever do so well at a trial filled with Bedlington Terriers? I guess it's only Lamb Chop that Porter loves...

The weave poles are like Porter's kryptonite.





Open Standard - Sunday 12/09/07

Our first try at Open. Porter did remarkably well. I went in knowing that there was no way he would make it through 12 weave poles. And what happened? He made it through 11!

You can hear his cheering section as we finish (they were all amazed too!).

Novice A JWW & Novice A Standard - Saturday 10/13/07

No videos from Saturday...
But we did get our first Novice Standard leg! I was shocked! Porter did his weaves! He didn't get through them in the JWW course, but otherwise that run was also perfect.





Novice A JWW - Sunday 10/14/07

Almost had our 2nd JWW leg. After reviewing the video again & again, Porter did knock a bar down on the second jump. He successfully completed the weave poles, but knocked his first bar... So close. Still very proud of him though!

Our 2nd Novice Standard leg! I was still completely amazed he made it through the weave poles! He's my little superstar!

Novice A Standard

Our first trial. We were whistled off the course because Porter's collar had a brass name tag on it. Live & learn...





Novice A JWW

No video. Because we ran after dark...

But apparently since it was so dark, the judge couldn't see that Porter didn't do his weaves correctly. We got our fist JWW leg! I feel a little guilty, but, I was kind of mad the trial lasted until after dark. So I'll take it!
